    Hello! My name is Bella Cittadino and I am one of the trainers here at 110. I have been personal training/coaching for the past two years and it has been the greatest experience of my life. I am also continuing to grow my knowledge about physical health/nutrition by pursuing a degree in Kinesiology. My philosophy is simple; everyone has the ability to surpass their expectations and push their limits but it’s up to you to WANT TO. My goal is to empower people with support, knowledge and positive motivation. I’m looking forward to meeting new members and growing the 110 family!

    Born and raised in San Pedro, CA, Robert Farillas discovered his passion for boxing in high school, drawn to the sport's demand for technique and persistence. His journey began at Harbor Boxing and deepened with mentorship from Barry Miller while serving in the National Guard. Under Barry’s guidance, Robert evolved from a curious teenager into a skilled and dedicated boxer. Boxing became his lifestyle, providing a solid foundation and fueling his commitment to excellence. Today, Robert exemplifies the transformative power of mentorship and hard work, inspiring others through his love for the sport.

    With over a decade of experience in cardio kickboxing and resistance training, Angelo is a passionate instructor in the San Pedro fitness community. Known for his high-energy, music-driven classes, he combines his skills as a South Bay DJ with his love for fitness to create fun, dynamic workouts. Angelo’s sessions are intense, motivational, and filled with great music—members often find themselves hitting a dance move or two! His unique approach blends kickboxing and resistance training in a supportive environment, helping participants build strength, confidence, and motivation.     My name is Sergio Mauricio, 34 years old. I have been a personal trainer, kickboxing, and boxing coach for 10 years. My fitness journey began at 264 lbs, battling borderline diabetes and depression. Joining a gym was the best decision I ever made, transforming my life for the better and inspiring me to help others do the same. I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, with additional training in nutrition coaching for weight loss and muscle building. I’m passionate about contributing to the well-being of those around me and those I’ve yet to meet!

    I discovered my passion for fitness in 2016, stepping into a kickboxing gym with Christina and Raul, who have supported me since day one. Starting as a cardio enthusiast at 16% body fat, I’ve grown to become a competitive powerlifter since 2019, achieving personal milestones like a 400-pound deadlift, 300-pound squat, and 170-pound bench press.

    With a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and a master’s in clinical exercise physiology, I specialize in improving health markers like cardiac health, lipid levels, and blood sugar for special populations. I’m dedicated to helping individuals of all fitness levels achieve their goals and transform their lives through fitness.
